Step Two
After choosing your Session, let’s get you booked! Once you’ve chosen your session, head to my online booking page linked below to schedule our hair date!

WHAT TO EXPECT AT YOUR VISIT.
The Pre-Visit
Before we even meet, I want you to feel informed, excited, and at ease. Once you've filled out the New Guest Intake Form, I’ll personally review your responses and reach out via text to recommend the best session for your hair goals and needs. From there, we’ll get you scheduled—either through my booking link or directly with me. You’ll also be invited to explore my Digital Lounge, a curated online space with everything you need to know before your appointment: what to expect, how to prepare, and tips for making the most of your visit. My goal is to remove the guesswork and help you feel confident and taken care of—before you even sit in my chair.
The Consultation
Once you arrive and get cozy, we’ll kick things off with a fun, relaxed consultation to get to know each other and chat all things hair! I want to hear all about your daily routine, what’s working (and what’s not), and any inspo you’ve been saving. Whether you have a Pinterest board full of ideas or you're not quite sure what you want yet, no worries—we’ll figure it out together! My goal is to create a look that not only fits your lifestyle but also makes you feel confident and beautiful long after you leave the salon. Think of this as a collaboration where your vision meets my expertise, and we create something custom just for you.
After Goodbye
After your appointment, I want you to walk out feeling refreshed, confident, and cared for—like you just pressed reset. I’ll walk you through how to style and care for your new look at home, recommend any professional products or treatments that support your hair health, and make sure you know when to come back for optimal maintenance. You'll also receive a follow-up message from me to check in and ensure you’re loving your hair. Whether it’s your first visit or your fifth, I’m here for the long haul—to support your self-care journey and help you feel amazing in your own skin.

What To Expect…

You will find free parking available in our salon parking lot! We are located directly between The Mailbox Center and Living Skin Tattoo.

I use my POS system and take all major cards and credit cards. Cash and Check is also accepted.

CANCELLATION POLICY
In order to provide the most effective scheduling options for all of my guests, I require at least 24 hour notice for any cancellations or rescheduling for your visit with me. Should you have to cancel or change your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, a cancellation fee of 40% of the cancelled or rescheduled service will be required before a new appointment is scheduled. In case of emergency situations, I will do my best to work with you through issues that may come up unexpectedly. If cancelling due to COVID related reasons, the fee will be waved.
REDO POLICY
I strive to create connections built on trust and communication. If you are having complications with your new cut or color within 7 days of your visit, I am happy to schedule in time to correct the issue with no additional charge.
ILLNESS POLICIES
Please be curtious to the health and safety of others and if you have any signs of illness (cough, fever, runny nose, sore throat, etc.) If you or a family member of your household have been exposed to any illness, please contact me as soon as possible so that we may reschedule your appointment. I will do my best to accommodate and reschedule your appointment in a timely manner. If you choose to show up to your appointment with any of the above symptoms, you will kindly be asked to leave the salon and reschedule for a future date. Thank you for your understanding and for helping to keep myself, co-workers and clients safe! Please note that you can expect that I will be following the same illness guidelines to ensure that I am keeping all of my lovely clients safe and healthy.
